UPDATE: Commission Panel Upholds Favorable Decision in Northern Illinois Workers' Compensation Case
IFMK Law Partner, Tony Ulm, received a favorable decision from a panel of three Commissioners with the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. The Commissioners’ decision affirmed, in its entirety, an arbitration decision issued in January 2025 (see IFMK website news, February, 2025). The petitioner filed a petition for review of the arbitrator’s decision, and the respondent successfully argued that the decision should be affirmed in its entirety.
