Ian joined IFMK Law in 2024 from an established litigation firm in Central Illinois. He focuses his practice in the areas of civil and workers’ compensation defense. He has extensive litigation experience at both the trial and appellate levels and has defended businesses, professionals, and insurance carriers in a wide variety of general liability matters in both state and federal courts. These matters include claims related to personal injury and wrongful death, construction litigation, medical malpractice, and insurance coverage. He has conducted numerous workers’ compensation trials and has argued appeals many times before the Workers’ Compensation Commission, Circuit and Appellate Courts.
In college, Ian ran for the Track and Field team and was a member of the Presidents Leadership Class.
