Ethics in Claims Handling
IFMK Law President/Managing Partner Steve Murdock will provide an overview of what it means to have ethics and why it is necessary in the field of adjusting claims in all coverages. We will discuss the "five pillars of claims ethics" that set the foundation for handling claims and working with everyone involved in the claims process. Participants will leave with some important takeaways, and earn one hour of CEU credit for each hour of attendance. CEUs will be awarded in compliance with Florida and Texas accreditation requirements.
