IFMK Law Attorney Discusses New Medicare Secondary Compliance Guidelines at Claims Association of Greater Chicago Meeting
More than 50 people attended the Claims Association of Greater Chicago's meeting on March 6 to kick-off baseball season and hear IFMK Law Attorney of Counsel, Paul Pasche (pictured, second from left) about the New 2025 Centers for Medicare Services (CMS) Guidelines for Medicare Set-Asides (MSAs) and their impact on Claims Defense. IFMK Law Senior Associate Attorney, Frank Johnston (pictured, left)--a new member of IFMK's Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance Services team--came from IFMK's Springfield, Illinois office to join several other IFMK Attorneys for an evening of fun and education about a trending legal topic for insurance claims adjusters.
