Frank Johnston practices out of the IFMK Law Champaign, Illinois office, representing clients throughout the state of Illinois. Frank’s legal career centers around trial work and litigation, having gone to trial as defense counsel in over 100 trials. His main focus is workers’ compensation defense with a concentration in counseling governmental agencies and Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance. Frank is a member of IFMK’s Medicare Secondary Compliance team and has attained the CMSP certification. The CMSP certification is designed to identify those professionals who work within the workers’ compensation and liability insurance industry and have demonstrated superior knowledge and skills in the field of Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance.
