IFMK Attorneys Speak About Workers' Compensation and Defense at Industrial Staffing Captive Conference
IFMK Vice President Kevin Deuschle and Shareholder Scott McCain were invited to speak to members of the Industrial Staffing Captive at their Risk Control Workshop in Nashville, Tennessee on September 10. Their presentation, “Denied! What Really Happens When a Claim is Denied?”, gave Captive members an overview of the Workers’ Compensation process after a claim is filed and provided insight and general guidance on the claim handling and investigation process. The workshop was sponsored by Captive Resources – an advisor to member-owned group captive insurance companies.
