Andrew Kim joined IFMK Law as an Associate. Prior to joining IFMK, Andrew was a Law Clerk for a law firm serving as outside counsel for the Illinois State’s Attorney Office focused on Prison Litigation and Civil Rights. In law school, Andrew was an oralist in Moot Court, Senior Editor of the Consumer Law Journal, and a clinician at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law Business Law Clinic.
Andrew serves as an Associate Board Member for Chicago Scholars, a nonprofit organization that provides mentorship opportunities to high-achieving, under-resourced high school students through their college application process and college success. Under his mentorship, his scholars have received full-ride scholarships at Princeton University, University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, University of Wisconsin-Madison, Michigan State, Claremont McKenna, and Bradley University.
In college, Andrew served as the President of the Mock Trial team and Treasurer of the Pre-Law Society. He was also a member of Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity.
Andrew enjoys cooking and playing basketball. He is also an adoption volunteer at the Anti-Cruelty Society of Chicago.
