Attorneys

Ann Cassidy Bernard, Associate, joined IFMK Law from Inman and Fitzgibbons (I&F). She began her legal career as Clerk for Allen Sharp, Chief Judge, for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. Subsequently, she practiced law for a medium sized firm in the areas of insurance defense and employment law and became In-House Counsel for a telecommunication firm. Ann grew up on the west side of Indianapolis and currently serves on the board of the Carmel Education Foundation and her homeowners association. She has is actively involved in her childrens’ school in various roles.
