Terrence Donohue joined IFMK Law from Inman & Fitzgibbons, Ltd (I&F) where he was named a partner in 2012 and became a shareholder in 2018. Terry has defended Illinois and Iowa employers in the area of workers’ compensation at the arbitration, Commission, Circuit Court and Appellate Court levels for over 20 years. He has represented national accounts in the food services, beverage, building supply, and transportation industries, as well as municipalities, healthcare providers and third-party administrators. Terry’s practice also includes subrogation claims on behalf of employers in related civil litigation.
