IFMK Attorneys Help Claims Professionals Mitigate Risks with Workers' Compensation and Subrogation Seminars
IFMK attorneys Tony Ulm, Paul Tsukuno, and Paul Pasche have been invited to present “Subrogation 101” to Claims Adjusters and Claims Managers to several organizations recently. After presenting this to IPMG in June, they brought this presentation to the offices of Illinois Risk Management Services in Naperville in September. In October, IFMK Attorneys, Terry Donahue, Mark Carter, and Jynnifer Cotharn will speak to claims professionals from the same organization about the basics of Workers' Compensation in Michigan and Iowa.
