IFMK Law Partner, Julie Bruch, gave a three-hour presentation on Managing Employees from Hiring Through Termination at the Danville, Illinois Public Library, in February. Julie has extensive legal experience defending municipalities and public employees against Section 1983, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and state law discrimination claims. She designed this training for management-level employees of public entities and private companies to learn about the hiring process, what it means to be an EEO employer, proper onboarding of employees, managing existing employees, handling leaves of absence including FMLA and ADA, discipline of employees, and termination.
