Paul W. Pasche, Partner, joined IFMK Law from Inman & Fitzgibbons (I&F). He has litigated cases involving Illinois businesses, employers, and government bodies in the areas of workers’ compensation, general liability, and appellate practice, and has represented respondents and defendants in multiple states for Medicare Secondary Payer compliance matters for more than 30 years. Paul practices before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission, Illinois state and federal courts, and represents clients before the various sub-agencies of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Paul is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel, Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association, and the National MSP Network. He has received the highest AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell® and has been recognized for excellence by Leading Lawyers®. Paul appears as a frequent lecturer and author on workers' compensation and Medicare compliance issues for bar associations, professional organizations, insurance companies, and civic groups.
In his free time, Paul serves on the board of directors and constitutional committee of a regional non-profit organization in northern Illinois. He also enjoys concerts, playing guitar, travel, and reading historical fiction.
